Will you explain the Key Deposit one more time?
A. Let's use the Medium Locker as an example. PayPal charges $54.00. You bring the PayPal Receipt to Locker Check-in. You receive a Locker Key and keep the Key for 3 days. When you return the Key back to us you immediately receive $20 cash back. Your Net Total Cost for the Medium Locker for three days is $34.00. You leave Coachella with $20 in your pocket - gas money for the drive home.

Are you going to mail a key to me?
A. No. Please bring your PayPal receipt to the event and we
will give you a key there.
Q:
What do I need to bring to the event so I can get my locker?
A. Please print out your Paypal receipt you receive when you ordered the locker. Please bring that with you to the event.
Q.
Where is the Check-In area for the lockers?
A. Signs will be posted at the event to find our table. Also,
event staff will be able to point you in the right direction

What happens if I lose my key?
A.
If you lose the key, you will forfeit the $20 deposit. You
will receive a new key and will need to pay another refundable
$20 deposit. Once you return the new key, you will receive
the second deposit back.

Will I be able to use the locker anytime I want?
A. Our current arrangement with the event allows you to access
the lockers as many times as you wish WHILE YOU ARE
INSIDE THE EVENT. When the event is over each night,
the grounds are closed and you will NOT be able to access
the locker until the following day.

How big are the lockers?

Can I pay for the lockers at the event?
A. Maybe. There is a limited supply of lockers and all of them are available online right now. Every one could be reserved online before the Festival. If that happens, there will not be any available to rent at the event, unless someone cancels at the last minute. If you Reserve your locker NOW, you’ll save a dollar or two, and we guarantee to hold your reservation for the entire event.

If I can't make it to the event, can I get a refund?
A. We will be able to issue a refund up to 24 hours before
the event. After that, your fee cannot be refunded. Please

Q. What happens If I forget my Paypal Receipt?
A. Please don't ask the question- Please print it and bring it. Repeat after me: I will Print and Bring my PayPal receipt. I will Print and Bring my PayPal receipt. I will Print and Bring my PayPal receipt.

Did the Coachella lockers sell out online last year?
A. Yes. Each and Every One of the Coachella Lockers was rented online by Thursday afternoon - the day before the Festival began. We’ll try to install more in 2011.
Q. Whatever happened to the Tattoo Promotion?
A. You mean the “LockerLou – TattooYou.com” Promotion. A few lockers have been set aside for the Promotion this year.
